Grading: Grade 2 Historic Building

Part of the campus of TWGHs C. Y. Ma Memorial College was formerly the Yuen Long Public Middle School, designed by the Chau & Lee Architects and completed in 1949. Notably, it was the first government secondary school in the New Territories. A marble plaque inscribed with the phrase Bai Nian Shu Ren (literally, it takes 100 years to rear people) which was written by the renowned calligrapher and intellectual Shum Kwong-yuet (1876-1960), was erected at the lintel of the front entrance, serving as a tribute to the school's inception in 1949. In 1989, Yuen Long Public Middle School relocated, and this campus was allocated to Tin Shui Wai Government Secondary School as its temporary campus. In 1994, the campus was granted to TWGHs C. Y. Ma Charity Fund Practical School, and renamed as TWGHs C. Y. Ma Memorial College in 2001. In 2014, it was accorded historic building status (Grade 2). In 2024, it was included in the Greater Bay Area Education Heritage Trail (Hong Kong Section) of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Heritage Walk.
